I cannot see price on each item?
This is a wholesale online store. We only deal with wholesale clients. Any wholesale inquiry, please create an account and we will allocate a wholesale log in account to you.

What happen if I do not receive my account activation email?
If you do not receive your account activation email within two days after application, please first check your “spam”, “trash”, “junk” folders as it may incorrectly flagged as spam. Otherwise, you can email: info@slideshow.net.au for assistance.

What happen if I do not remember my password?
If you have forgotten your password, go to Sign In, and click the “forgot your password” link. Enter your email address and we will send you a new one.

What happen after I place an order?
An email will be sent to you for confirming your order. Once the payment is received, another email will be sent to you again to inform you the shipment details.

Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we deliver to Australia only.

Can I choose other method to make an order?
Yes, you can call our customer service team, Mon- Fri 9:00am to 5:00 pm to place your orders. Tel: 03 9415 6882.

What if there is a missing or incorrect item in my order?
Even though we try our best to prevent errors, mistakes can happen. You can return the incorrect items by completing the return form sent with your items. We can credit or original method of payment, excluding delivery costs, or issue you a store credit for you to use on the next purchase.

Can I return my online purchase to one of Trendy House branches?
Yes, you can return items bought online to either Melbourne or Sydney office. Visit Contact Us to see our office locations.
