Shipping & Returns

DISPATCH

All stocked items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order is completed. 

All orders that are completed before 2pm each business day, will be sent with Direct Freight on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be collected the following business day for delivery.

Direct Freight

The estimated delivery time is 1 - 3 working days, depending on the company’s delivery schedule. Customers in regional areas can take up to 5 working days. 

Australian Express Post

Next business day delivery within the Express Post delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas.

 

Please note:

Above delivery time can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

Our delivery price on this website is just a guide. All delivery price will be confirmed from the delivery company before we finalised your invoice.

 

TRACK MY ORDER

Once order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number. You can check the status of your order with Direct Freight or Australian Post online tools. We strongly encourage you to track your parcels. We are not responsible for fault of delivery by Direct Freight and Australian Post. 

Please email us at info@slideshow.net.au if you have not received your items within 5 business days of making your order with your business name and invoice number and we will look into your delivery immediately. 

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Faulty items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an Exchange or Store Credit. Please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase.

 

FAULTY ITEM

We will offer exchange or store credit on any items purchased from Slide Show if the item has a genuine manufacturing fault, and:

  • the item has not been worn, altered and/or washed.
  • the Slide Show labels and swing tags are attached to the item.
  • the item has not been damaged with any fake tan, make up or other marks and the presence of the smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other product and odours.

If you believed you have received a faulty, please contact us at info@slideshow.net.au with all faults and images of the issues found. We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit. 

Due to hygiene issues, we do not do returns on swimwear and bodysuits.

 

DISCOUNTED AND SALE ITEMS

We DO NOT offer exchange or store credit on discounted and sale items. They can only be returned at Slide Show’s absolute discretion. Please email us first at info@slideshow.net.au.

 

WRONG SIZE OR CHANGE OF MIND

 We DO NOT offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases.

We are unable to process exchange and store credits until your item is received and has been inspected by us. 

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense for any exchange and store credit. 

We inspect all return items upon your invoice. If your returned goods do not meet our conditions stated above or otherwise returned outside of the stipulated timeframe, we will notify you of this assessment and the item will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

We aim to process your exchange and send your credit note within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
