Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only for products that have a manufacturing fault. If you believe your order contains faulty items, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. All original tags, labels and accessories must be included.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Submit a request via our contact form, including your order number, a detailed description of the fault and photos of the defective item.
- Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you if the return is approved. We will provide you with instructions for returning the items.
- Shipping: Ship the approved items back to us using the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to verify the manufacturing fault. This process may take up to 90 business days.
Refunds
- Refund Approval: If the returned item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will issue a credit note. You will be notified once this has been processed.
- Non-Eligible Returns: If no manufacturing fault is found, the return will be rejected. We will notify you of the decision and you may choose to have the items returned to you at your own expense.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Damage During Shipping: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement if required.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Buyer Responsibility: The cost of returning items due to manufacturing faults is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Our Error: In cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will reimburse the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time
- Credit Note: Credit Note requests will be processed within 90 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
