Shipping policy

Welcome to Slide Show Australia. We are committed to providing efficient, reliable shipping for all wholesale customers across Australia and internationally. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we manage order processing, shipping and delivery.

 

Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping:  We ship to all addresses within Australia. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact our customer service team to discuss options.
  • International Shipping:  We offer international shipping to most countries. If your destination is not available at checkout, please reach out to our team and we will explore suitable shipping arrangements.

 

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with order details and a summary of the products ordered.

 

Shipping Methods

  • Within Australia: via Direct Freight Express or Australia Express Post. Please track your Direct Freight Express delivery via this link, or, Australia Express Post via this link.
  • International Shipping: Shipping methods vary by destination. Please contact us for available options and estimated delivery times.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size and destination
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on Australian orders over $500. This offer is not available for international shipping.

 

Delivery Times

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery to all major metro areas and capital cities will take up to 3 business days, while remote or regional areas may take up to 10 business days, depending on destination.
  • Delays: While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, customs or carrier issues. Slide Show Australia is not responsible for delays outside our control. 

 

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery online.
  • Tracking Issues: If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Shipping Issues & Claims

  • Missing or Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our team and we will look into your delivery immediately. Claims for missing or lost shipments must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date. 
  • Damaged Shipments: If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days. Include photos of the damaged products and packaging so we can lodge a claim and arrange a replacement or resolution.

 

Address Accuracy

  • Correct Details: Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Change of Address: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. 

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • Restricted Items: Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to local regulations or carrier policies. We will notify you if any restrictions apply.
  • Remote Ares: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer or incur additional fees.
